It is designed to reduce inflammation in your body by incorporating more nutrient-dense, whole foods, and reducing the intake of many of the common inflammatory and allergenic foods which can slow the recovery process. This plan takes the best of a vegan and paleo lifestyle to deliver a balanced and varied approach to your nutrition regiment. Take the guesswork out and let me map out your meals for you.
